Jenway General

Jenway General provides an engineering value addition manufacturing service to OEM suppliers and end users of pre-applied fasteners and other threaded parts. This service calls for the pre-application (as distinct from “on-line application) of adhesive or sealant chemistries on a specified band width of the threaded part which is required primarily by the auto industry. Jenway started in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand State, in 1997 with the supply of pre-applied fasteners to Tata-Cummin’s engine plant and to Tata Motor’s truck plant. In 2000, a coating unit was installed in Chennai to meet the high-volume requirement for pre-applied by Sundram Fasteners Limited, first among other customers.
