Our company was established in 1997. We were just a trading company.
In 2004, we built our own screw factory.
In 2005, we co-built our anchor factory in Yuyao, Zhejiang. We have half share of it.
In 2009, we move to our new plant, which covers 20,000 square meters. It is also the office we are working now.
In 2010, we achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates. And we have annual factory inspection for them.
For Canadian market, due to anti-dumping policy, we appealed for normal value since 2015. Currently, we have 104 normal values for our screws, which can avoid extra 170% anti-dumping duty.
For USA market, we apply for ICC-ES (ESR-3483) in 2016. We were the first manufacturer who has ICC report, which proves that our quality meet American standard.
In 2019, we established solar power station and added robot arms to each injection molding machine, which can save the electric power cost and labor cost.
In 2020, we brought in 2 multi-station cold forging machines, which are used to produce more complicated products.
In 2021, we added several machines to produce stainless steel screws and to enrich our production line.
In 2022, we re-set up our production workshop. We replace and add new cold forging machines.
