They are quite supportive. Provided many samples for our customers' testing. We did not win the business eventually but still impressed with their service and responsiveness.

Everything is fine until they deliver a container of hex bolts with bad quality... the sales person Helen Liu just stop responding, did not even try to fix the problem or offer any compensation. Terrible.
