Wyandotte Industries, Inc. has complete machine facilities equipped with six- and eight-spindle Acme-Gridley screw and Davenport machines. This equipment can produce parts out of bar stock in sizes from 11/32″ hex to 3″ hex ( up to 3 ½” Round), as well as square shapes. Our CNC Machining, Turning and Milling Centers provide us with expanded capabilities in the machining area, producing parts up to 6” Hex and 7” Round. We can hold close tolerances while offering boring, milling, drilling, tapping, threading, broaching and other processes. The CNC capability allows us to be more flexible and enables us the option to produce smaller lot sizes to meet our customer’s needs. Our Secondary Department is able to offer slotting, threading, tapping, and stamping to meet the product requirements of our customers. To bring you cost-effective tooling and to maintain our own equipment, we have a complete tool room on-site.
